A well-kept Audi is a great car. A neglected one can be expensive fast. I come to the seller, test the car properly and scan its computers, so you know which one you’re looking at.

What I pay close attention to on an Audi
Coolant leaks
Audis use plastic cooling parts that can crack and seep with age. I look for coolant leaks around the water pump, thermostat housing, hoses and radiator.
Oil leaks and oil use
I check for oil leaks and look under the oil cap. Some Audi engines are known for using oil, so I note the oil level and ask you to check the records.
Transmission behavior
On the road test I check how the transmission shifts—smoothly, without slipping, clunking or hesitation—and scan the transmission computer.
quattro all-wheel drive
I check the tires for matching wear and listen for noises from the drivetrain on the drive.
Stored computer codes
Modern Audis have dozens of computers. I scan them for active, pending and history codes and explain what matters and what doesn’t.
Electronics and features
I test the infotainment, cameras, sensors, climate control and the many power features, because repairs to these can add up.

- 146-point hands-on inspection by an ASE-Certified Master Technician—the person you book is the person who shows up
- Computer scan of the engine, transmission, ABS, airbag and other systems, with every code explained
- Paint meter readings on every body panel to spot earlier bodywork
- Tread depth on every tire, plus brakes checked through the wheels
- A road test of at least five miles when it’s safe and the seller allows it
- 40+ photos, a plain-English report and a phone walkthrough with Antone
Nothing is taken apart. The inspection is a condition snapshot, not a warranty or a guarantee against future problems.
