What is included in the inspection price?
We document accessible body and interior condition, engine-compartment observations, visible underbody components, supported diagnostics, and tire and wheel condition. Tire entries include brand, size and tread depth where accessible. A minimum five-mile test drive is included when safe conditions and the seller’s permission allow it; any limitations are documented.

Why does the classic inspection cost more?
Older vehicles receive additional attention to age-related wear, visible corrosion, previous repair evidence and modifications. Share your concerns and the vehicle’s advertised condition when ordering. The classic inspection documents condition; it does not certify authenticity, matching numbers or market value.
Do hybrid, electric or diesel vehicles cost extra?
Those powertrains follow the same age-based package pricing. Hybrid and electric checks cover accessible systems and supported diagnostics. The inspection does not certify high-voltage battery capacity or remaining battery life.
Where is mobile service available?
We are based in the Olympia area and offer mobile inspections across our Washington service area, including the I-5 corridor from Olympia through Seattle to Bellingham, the entire Olympic Peninsula and about two hours east of the I-5 corridor. Check the service-area cities and call 206-843-7600 if the vehicle is in an outlying location.
How do payment and scheduling work?
Enter the vehicle, seller and customer details, then pay securely through Square. We coordinate access and confirm your inspection date separately. We aim to finish by the end of the next business day, subject to availability, travel, seller access and safe conditions; payment does not guarantee a specific appointment time.
If you cancel before the inspector leaves for the inspection, you receive a full refund. Once travel has begun, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund. Read the cancellation and refund policy for the full terms.
What should I compare when choosing an inspector?
Compare the inspector’s qualifications, what is actually checked, the report format, measurements and photos, and how access and scheduling are handled. An inspection gives you documented condition findings to consider before purchase; it is not a warranty or a guarantee against future problems.

What does an inspection give you in practice?
Our 2016 Subaru Forester inspection recorded a five-mile road test and documented three concerns: A/C cooling performance, visibly low front brake pads and a dime-sized windshield crack. The scan also recorded four history codes, which were distinguished from active faults.
The value is the documented condition, photographs, measurements and clear recommendations you can discuss before committing to the car. This case does not claim a particular repair bill or negotiated saving.

Is the report walkthrough an extra charge?
No. Both the $299 Modern and $399 Classic inspection include a phone walkthrough with Antone. After reviewing your report, call or reply to the report-ready email to arrange it. Bring any questions about the findings or their priorities.
How can I check the total before paying?
Enter the actual vehicle address during ordering. You can review the full order total before continuing to secure Square payment. If the address cannot be verified, check the details or call us; don’t substitute a different location just to continue.
Does an inspection guarantee savings on the car?
No. Findings may help you discuss condition with the seller, but a price reduction is the seller’s decision. A report may document concerns or a vehicle with no significant issue observed. You’re paying for independent information and an explanation, not a promised discount or warranty.
